Follow-up

- Your rituals
- Stand-ups and retrospectives on video, in your time zone.
- Weekly written update
- What shipped, what is blocked, what comes next.
Code quality
Delivered code must be maintainable by your team without us.
- Code review
- Every contribution goes through a reviewed pull request.
- Tests and continuous integration
- Following your project's rules, or ones we set up.
- AI tools under control
- Used to move faster, never without review and tests.
Data and ownership
You own everything that is produced.
- Code and accounts in your name
- From day one, on your repositories and accounts.
- GDPR
- A data processing agreement (Article 28) and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses if personal data is involved.
If something goes wrong
You tell your engagement manager, not the developer.
- Handled within 48 hours
- Adjustment, support or replacement of the developer.
- Documented handover
- If there is a change, work in progress is handed over in writing.
