Frequently asked questions

What our clients ask most often before starting.

Who owns the code?

You do. The Git repository is created in your name on day one, and rights to the code are transferred to you as each milestone is paid.

Who owns the App Store, Google Play and hosting accounts?

Your company. We create them in your name, with your D-U-N-S number if Apple or Google ask for one. If you change vendor, you keep everything.

How does payment work?

For a project: a deposit at kick-off, then a payment at each approved milestone. For staff augmentation: a monthly invoice. Invoices in euros, paid by international bank transfer.

Do you work with clients outside Africa?

Yes. Our clients are in France, India, Chad, Togo and Benin. We work in French and English, on European hours.

How do you protect our data?

An NDA is signed before the first technical conversation. For European clients, we sign a GDPR data processing agreement (Article 28) and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Can you take over an existing app?

Yes. We start with an audit of the code and the deployment pipeline, then tell you what can be kept, fixed or rewritten, with a quote.

What happens after launch?

Bugs reported within 30 days of launch are fixed at no cost. After that, a maintenance contract covers iOS and Android updates, error monitoring and support.

What if the augmentation developer isn't the right fit?

Every engagement starts with a two-week pilot and success criteria agreed together. If they are not met, we replace the developer at no cost or you stop. After that, any change comes with a documented handover.
